His latest collaboration with filmmaker Daniel Maldonado, Episode #22: Mis_ing recently won Best Experimental Film at the 20th Annual Super 8 Film Festival.
His electro-theatre collaboration with playwright Greg Romero premiered in New York City as part of the Dramatists Guild of America. Their collaborative work RADIO GHOSTS is a multi-layered piece that combines live performance and sound, creating a real-time bending, performative conversation between what is live, composed, and what is beyond the imagination.
As a classical guitarist, Vernusky has collaborated with sound artists Cory Allen in Gentlemen of the Evening Sounds, and Sam Pluta in the duo Ready for Japan.
As a constant advocate of new music, Vernusky serves as founder of the record label Quiet Design. Currently celebrating their seventh release, the roster of composers consists of 21 artists from around the world.
